At Pottery By The Creek, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will help you to arrange for the return and provide a replacement, a credit to your account, or, a full refund depending on the nature and reason for the return. How the return is handled is determined on a case by case basis. You must contact us prior to any returns to ensure a credit or a replacement is properly administered. Returns will not be accepted without a proper Return Authorization number provided by Pottery By The Creek. Item(s) must be returned in their original product packaging, if any. Pottery By The Creek will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or product defect. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the receipt of the returned product. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Return requests not based on a defective product complaint, an order picking error, or a fundamental error of the product's description will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
